The problem
A travel agency took bookings by phone and in person, and every content change needed a developer.
What I did
- Built and maintained the production platform for flight inquiries, visa applications and event bookings.
- Built an admin panel so non-technical staff manage trips and content themselves.
- Designed, documented and versioned internal REST APIs for downstream services and partners.
- Ran production single-handedly: hosting, databases, DNS, transactional email and on-call.
